Your Paradise Party Bus Rental Search Ends Here
Partybus-las-vegas.com is not a bus company — and that is genuinely great news for you. It is a comparison and quote-request website that pulls available vehicles and rates from a large network of independently owned transportation companies serving Paradise, Nevada and the entire Las Vegas metro. Instead of calling company after company, repeating your trip details over and over, and waiting on callbacks that never quite line up, you fill out one quick form — or call 702-273-3530 — and see what is available for your date, your group size, and your itinerary.
No account required. Free quote, any time, any day.
Paradise is the unincorporated community that contains nearly the entire Las Vegas Strip — Allegiant Stadium, T-Mobile Arena, the Las Vegas Convention Center, Harry Reid International Airport, and most of the major casino resorts. That means most of the transportation demand in the valley runs right through here, and the network reflects that. Whether you need a 14-passenger Sprinter limo for a wedding party pickup at the Bellagio or a fleet of 56-passenger charter buses for a convention at the LVCC, Partybus-las-vegas.com gives you the options to compare so you can find the right fit.

What's On Board Paradise Buses
Different trips call for different setups, and the network's vehicle options reflect that. Party buses seating 15 to 50 passengers typically come with wraparound perimeter seating, color-changing LED lighting, premium sound systems with Bluetooth connectivity, flat-panel TVs, and a full-length onboard bar. Sprinter limos and Sprinter vans lean toward the executive side — premium leather seats, tinted privacy windows, individual USB charging, and a climate-controlled cabin that handles a 108-degree July afternoon on the Strip without complaint.
Charter buses and minibuses are built for headcount and distance: reclining seats, overhead storage, onboard restrooms on select vehicles, undercarriage luggage bays for bags and equipment, and WiFi on many models.
Amenities vary by vehicle and availability, but comparing options side by side on this site means you are never locked into one fleet's limitations. Call 702-273-3530 to confirm what is available on your date!

Paradise Party Bus Prices and Rates
Party bus rental prices in Paradise vary by vehicle type, date, and how long you need the bus — and Las Vegas is one of the most event-dense markets in the country, which means rates move fast around major weekends. Here are planning ranges to help you budget:
A 15–35 passenger minibus runs roughly $200–$275 per hour on weekdays and $200–$275 on weekends, with per-day rates from $1,100–$2,150. A 25-passenger party bus runs $250–$350 per hour on weekdays, $275–$375 on weekends. A 56-passenger charter bus ranges from $200–$350 per hour.

Compare Paradise Party Buses Without the Phone Tag
Because Paradise, Nevada is not a normal city for group transportation. The Strip sees 42+ million visitors a year. Allegiant Stadium fills to 65,000 for Raiders games and concert events.
CES packs the Las Vegas Convention Center with 100,000+ attendees every January. EDC Nevada draws 170,000 to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway across a single May weekend. On any given Saturday night, the Koval Lane rideshare lot behind the Strip resorts is backed up, the Sands Expo parking structure is full, and getting 20 people into the same Uber at 1am after a concert at T-Mobile Arena is simply not a plan.
Partybus-las-vegas.com exists to make the alternative easy. One form. One call to 702-273-3530.
Compare buses and rates from transportation companies serving the valley — no obligation, no account, no guessing. You get pricing for your actual trip, not a generic estimate. And because the site pulls from a network instead of a single fleet, you are never told "nothing available" just because one company is booked out.
The options are there — this site makes them visible and comparable in one place.
Group & Event Transportation Services in Paradise
Whatever brings your group to Paradise, there is a bus in the network ready for it. From Harry Reid airport shuttles and Strip concert transfers to wedding shuttles, bachelorette party buses, Raiders game day runs, convention center shuttles, and school group transportation — the full list of available services is below. Call 702-273-3530 to get started!

Paradise Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) (5757 Wayne Newton Blvd, Paradise, NV 89119) sits about 2 miles south of the Mandalay Bay resort — close enough that the Strip hotels feel walkable on a map, far enough that 25 people with checked luggage need a real plan. The airport's commercial ground transportation zone is on Level Zero of each terminal's parking structure, with charter buses directed to the commercial vehicle lanes on the lower roadway. The key sequence: have your group coordinator contact your bus once the full group has cleared baggage claim and is assembled curbside — never call before everyone is together, or the bus may be forced to circle during the airport's timed commercial loading windows.
For convention groups flying into LAS for CES (January) or SEMA (November), a Harry Reid airport bus shuttle arranged through this site moves the whole group directly to the hotel block or convention hall in one trip, skipping the $30–$50 per-person shared shuttle pricing that adds up fast for large groups. Call 702-273-3530 to set up your airport transfer today!

Paradise Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Las Vegas is the bachelor and bachelorette capital of the country — but the Strip is also one of the hardest places to keep a large group moving together. Rideshare prices triple after midnight, the taxi queue at MGM Grand can run 30+ minutes on a Friday, and the half-mile stretch from Cosmopolitan to Wynn feels much longer in heels at 2am. A Las Vegas bachelorette party bus rental keeps the whole group on one vehicle, on your schedule, for the whole night.
A 20- to 40-passenger party bus is the most popular fit for Strip crawls — the vehicle can stage on Frank Sinatra Drive on the resort side while the group is inside a casino or club, then loop back to pick everyone up at the agreed exit. Popular stops include the Omnia Nightclub at Caesars Palace (3570 S Las Vegas Blvd), XS at Encore (3121 S Las Vegas Blvd), and Zouk Nightclub at Resorts World (3000 S Las Vegas Blvd). Rates for a weekend 25-passenger party bus run $275–$375 per hour — split across the group, that math gets very reasonable fast.
Call 702-273-3530 to lock in your date!

Paradise Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Paradise and the greater Las Vegas Valley have an enormous market for milestone birthday celebrations, and a party bus arrival at the venue is one of the most memorable ways to kick off the night. For Sweet 16 and quinceañera groups, a 20- to 30-passenger party bus with LED lighting and a premium sound system is the standard fit — color themes can often be matched through specific vehicle requests when you call 702-273-3530. Popular celebration venues in the valley include Stoney's Rockin' Country (6611 Las Vegas Blvd S), Foundation Room at Mandalay Bay (3950 S Las Vegas Blvd), and various private event spaces in Henderson and Summerlin.
For adult milestone birthdays heading to dinner at Carbone at Aria (3730 S Las Vegas Blvd) or a late night at Hakkasan at MGM Grand (3799 S Las Vegas Blvd), a Las Vegas birthday party bus rental means nobody in the group has to stay sober to drive and nobody gets left behind when the night runs late. Use the quick form online or call 702-273-3530 to check availability!

Paradise Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Las Vegas is now a permanent stop on virtually every major touring artist's calendar, and the concentration of venues in Paradise means concert traffic stacks up fast and rideshare demand spikes to surge pricing within minutes of a show ending. T-Mobile Arena (3780 S Las Vegas Blvd, Paradise, NV 89158) sits directly on the Strip between New York-New York and Park MGM, which means there is no meaningful nearby parking — buses drop off in the designated commercial zone on Frank Sinatra Drive or Audrie Street on the arena's east side, then stage nearby while the show runs. Sphere (255 Sands Ave, Paradise, NV 89169) holds 17,500 and currently has no dedicated on-site parking of its own — guests are directed to the Venetian parking structure or the Sands Expo lot, both of which fill before doors on sellout nights.
A Las Vegas concert party bus rental keeps your group on one vehicle with a pickup window agreed up front — no scrambling for a rideshare that won't accept a party of 12. Call 702-273-3530 for availability on your show date!

Paradise Corporate Event Transportation
The Las Vegas Convention Center (3150 Paradise Rd, Paradise, NV 89109) is one of the largest convention facilities in the country at 4.6 million square feet across three campuses — the North Hall, Central Hall, and West Hall, connected by the LVCC Loop underground people-mover. During CES in January, attendance exceeds 100,000 and Paradise Road becomes one of the most congested corridors in the valley. Hotel blocks for CES attendees stretch from the Strip all the way to the Convention Center area hotels, and shuttling employees between their hotel and the right hall entrance on time requires a real logistics plan.
A minibus or charter bus configured as a dedicated employee shuttle bypasses the Convention Center surface parking scramble — the LVCC's east entrance and South Hall drop-off areas can handle commercial vehicle staging. For executive transfers, a Sprinter limo or Sprinter van brings VIP clients from the airport or resort directly to the hall without shared shuttles. Call 702-273-3530 to discuss convention shuttle packages — and book well in advance if your event falls during CES or SEMA week.

Paradise Private Event Transportation Services
The Las Vegas Valley hosts some of the most logistically intense private events in the country — and Paradise is the epicenter. EDC Nevada at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway draws roughly 170,000 attendees across three nights in May. When the speedway lots fill and Speedway Boulevard backs up for miles, groups without pre-arranged transportation find themselves stranded in a rideshare queue that does not move.
A private charter bus to EDC stages in the designated bus lots and picks the group up at a confirmed time instead of competing for surge-priced rides with 50,000 other people leaving simultaneously.
Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix, held each November, closes large sections of the Strip to regular traffic from Wednesday through Sunday — including Las Vegas Boulevard itself — and turns the area around the circuit into a pedestrian zone with controlled access. Getting a large group to F1 hospitality areas or suite entrances without a pre-arranged commercial vehicle is genuinely difficult. A Las Vegas private event charter bus arranged weeks in advance solves the access and parking puzzle before it becomes a problem.
F1 week and EDC both book out 3–4 months ahead — call 702-273-3530 the moment your date is confirmed.

Paradise Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
The Clark County School District is one of the five largest in the United States, with dozens of high schools across Paradise, Henderson, Summerlin, and North Las Vegas — and prom season in the valley is among the most competitive periods of the year for party bus availability. Most CCSD proms fall in late April and May, and demand across the metro spikes sharply within that 4–6 week window. For prom in Paradise or anywhere in Clark County: book by January to lock in your vehicle and rate.
Waiting until March means smaller selection; waiting until April often means no availability at all in the vehicle size you want.
A 20- to 28-passenger party bus is the most common prom fit for a friend group, with LED lighting, sound system, and a flat-panel TV to keep energy up from the first pickup to the last drop-off. Las Vegas prom party bus rentals can be compared and quoted on this site — call 702-273-3530 right now if your date is within six months.

Paradise School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Organizing school group transportation in the Las Vegas Valley means navigating a metro that has very few walkable destinations and enormous distances between sites. A field trip from a CCSD school in Paradise to the Nevada State Museum at the Springs Preserve (333 S Valley View Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89107) is a 10-mile cross-town run; a trip to the Discovery Children's Museum (360 Promenade Pl, Las Vegas, NV 89106) in downtown Las Vegas is a similar haul on surface streets. Charter buses make the distance manageable — reclining seats and overhead storage handle backpacks, lunch bags, and the 35-kid energy level without issue.
ADA-accessible buses are available through the network — just mention it when requesting your quote. For student-athletes at UNLV or Nevada State traveling to away competitions, Las Vegas school event bus rentals with undercarriage storage for equipment bags and onboard WiFi for travel academics are the practical fit. Call 702-273-3530 to request the right configuration for your group!

Paradise Sporting Event Transportation
Allegiant Stadium (3333 Al Davis Way, Paradise, NV 89118) holds 65,000 fans and sits just west of I-15, roughly a mile from the southern end of the Strip. The stadium's official guidance directs charter buses to the designated commercial vehicle staging areas off Hacienda Avenue and Al Davis Way — but the surrounding road grid tightens sharply on Raiders game days and stadium concert nights, when I-15 southbound backs up from the Russell Road interchange and the Hacienda bridge becomes a walking parade. Rideshare pickup for Allegiant Stadium is staged in a designated lot off Dean Martin Drive, a walk from the seating bowl after a night game.
A charter bus to Allegiant Stadium through this site drops your group at the commercial entrance and picks everyone up at the same spot when the final whistle blows — no lot hunting, no Dean Martin Drive walk in the dark. For Vegas Golden Knights games at T-Mobile Arena, the parking situation is even simpler: there is effectively none adjacent to the building, making a Las Vegas sporting event party bus the most practical call for groups over eight. Check the Las Vegas Ballpark guide for Aviators games.
Call 702-273-3530 for game-day availability!

Paradise Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Paradise and the broader Las Vegas Valley are among the most active wedding markets in the world — the Clark County Marriage License Bureau issues more than 80,000 marriage licenses a year. The logistics challenge for wedding groups here is unique: ceremony venues, reception halls, hotel blocks, and after-parties often span the full length of the Strip or scatter across Henderson, Summerlin, and downtown Las Vegas. Asking guests to coordinate their own transportation between a ceremony at the Wynn Chapel (3131 S Las Vegas Blvd) and a reception at a venue in Henderson means relying on surge-priced rideshares on a Friday night.
A Las Vegas wedding shuttle bus running a continuous loop between the hotel block and the venue keeps guests on time and together without anyone navigating an unfamiliar city at night. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo is the natural fit for the bridal party on the wedding day itself — clean pickup from the hotel, drop-off at the venue entrance. Weekday Sprinter limo rates run $200–$325 per hour; weekend rates start at $225.
Call 702-273-3530 to start building your wedding day transportation timeline!

Paradise Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Nevada's wine scene is limited, but the Las Vegas Valley has developed a real local craft beer circuit worth exploring. Henderson's Water Street District has grown into a walkable brewery-and-tasting circuit — anchored by spots like CraftHaus Brewery's Henderson taproom — that groups love for a Saturday afternoon. The problem: Henderson's Water Street district and the town's craft breweries are a 20–25 minute drive from the Strip on I-215, and parking during a multi-stop afternoon fills fast at the smaller tasting rooms.
A 15- to 25-passenger party bus for a Las Vegas pub crawl or winery tour rental keeps everyone on the same vehicle, moves on your itinerary instead of rideshare availability, and means nobody has to watch the group split into three separate rideshares after the third stop. Weekend rates for a 15-passenger party bus start around $250 per hour — split across 12–15 people, that is a very manageable number. Call 702-273-3530 to put together your tour route!

How much does a party bus cost in Paradise?
Party bus rental prices in Paradise vary by vehicle type, rental duration, and date. As planning benchmarks: a 20-passenger party bus runs approximately $250–$350 per hour on weekdays and $275–$350 on weekends. A 40-passenger party bus runs $300–$350 on weekdays and $325–$500 on weekends.
A 56-passenger charter bus runs $200–$350 per hour across most days. These are ranges — your actual rate depends on your specific trip. Fill out the quick form or call 702-273-3530 and you can have pricing for your date in about a minute.
When is the hardest time of year to find a party bus in Las Vegas?
Las Vegas has more peak-demand weekends than almost any other city. The hardest booking windows are: CES week in January (100,000+ convention attendees flood the valley), March Madness (the city hosts first- and second-round NCAA games most years), EDC Nevada in May (170,000 across three nights at the Speedway), the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix in November (Strip road closures from Wednesday through Sunday), and SEMA Show in late October/early November. Prom season — late April through May for CCSD schools — clears out party bus availability across the entire metro within weeks.
For any of these windows, book 3–4 months out minimum.
Where do buses drop off at Allegiant Stadium?
Allegiant Stadium's commercial vehicle and charter bus staging is in the designated zones off Hacienda Avenue and Al Davis Way on the stadium's south and west sides. The surrounding road grid tightens significantly on game and event days — Hacienda Avenue and the I-15 interchange at Russell Road both back up hours before kickoff. The stadium's official rideshare pickup zone is in a designated lot off Dean Martin Drive, a walk from the seating bowl after the game.
Check the Allegiant Stadium parking and transportation page for current event-specific access maps before your visit.
Is parking available near T-Mobile Arena and the Strip concert venues?
Meaningful dedicated parking adjacent to T-Mobile Arena does not exist — the arena sits in the middle of the Strip's pedestrian corridor between New York-New York and Park MGM. Guests are directed to casino parking structures at MGM Grand and Aria, both of which charge event-night parking rates and require walking several blocks. Sphere (255 Sands Ave) has no dedicated parking of its own, with guests using the Venetian and Sands Expo structures.
For both venues, a bus dropping off at the commercial staging zones on Frank Sinatra Drive or Audrie Street puts your group closer to the entrance than most self-parked guests. Check the T-Mobile Arena bus rental guide and the Sphere bus rental guide for current logistics.
Can a charter bus drop off directly at the Las Vegas Convention Center?
Yes. The LVCC has commercial vehicle drop-off and staging areas at each of its three halls — North Hall, Central Hall, and West Hall along Convention Center Drive and Paradise Road. During CES in January and SEMA in October/November, Paradise Road becomes heavily congested in the blocks surrounding the convention center, and the surface parking lots on the convention center campus fill early each morning.
Pre-arranging a charter bus with a confirmed pickup window gets your team to the right hall entrance on schedule without depending on rideshare availability during peak convention morning rush. The Las Vegas Convention Center bus rental guide covers current approach and staging logistics.
How far in advance should I book a party bus in Paradise?
For standard weekend trips on the Strip, 4–6 weeks of lead time is usually workable — but "usually" disappears fast during peak periods. For any event in the demand windows listed above (CES, EDC, F1, SEMA, prom season), 3–4 months is the right benchmark and even that is not always guaranteed. The earlier you call 702-273-3530 or fill out the form, the more vehicles and rates are available to compare.
The worst outcome is locking in early and paying a fair rate. The second-worst outcome is waiting and finding nothing available on your date.
Popular Paradise Party Bus Destinations
From Allegiant Stadium to the Sphere, Paradise contains most of Las Vegas's biggest draws within a compact geographic footprint — but "compact" still means real logistics challenges for large groups on event nights. Here are the most popular destinations for party bus trips in Paradise, with the operational specifics that first-timers typically don't find out until they're already there.

Allegiant Stadium
Allegiant Stadium (3333 Al Davis Way, Paradise, NV 89118) is a 65,000-seat domed venue hosting the Las Vegas Raiders, UNLV Rebels football, international soccer, and stadium-scale concerts including residencies and touring acts. It opened in 2020 and sits about a mile west of Mandalay Bay, just off I-15 at Hacienda Avenue. The venue's official parking is in named surface lots surrounding the stadium, with prepaid parking required for most events — lots closest to the building sell out weeks ahead for Raiders playoff games and major concert dates.
The commercial bus staging areas are on the Hacienda Avenue and Al Davis Way sides of the building. Review the official stadium parking and transportation page before your event day.
Address: 3333 Al Davis Way, Paradise, NV 89118.

T-Mobile Arena
T-Mobile Arena (3780 S Las Vegas Blvd, Paradise, NV 89158) is a 17,500-seat arena on the Strip that serves as home ice for the Vegas Golden Knights — Stanley Cup champions in 2023 — and hosts UFC championship events, boxing, and major concert tours. The arena opened in 2016 and sits in the Park entertainment district between New York-New York and Park MGM, connected to both resorts by an elevated pedestrian bridge. There is no dedicated arena parking structure.
Guests park in the MGM Grand garage (Koval Lane entrance), the Aria garage, or the Crystals garage, all involving 5–10 minute walks. Commercial bus drop-off uses Frank Sinatra Drive or Audrie Street on the arena's east side. See the official T-Mobile Arena directions page for current access.
Address: 3780 S Las Vegas Blvd, Paradise, NV 89158.
Phone: (702) 692-1616.

Sphere
Sphere (255 Sands Ave, Paradise, NV 89169) is a 17,500-capacity venue on the northeast corner of the Strip at Sands Avenue, directly adjacent to the Venetian Resort. It opened in September 2023 as the largest spherical structure in the world and has hosted immersive concert residencies with sound and visual technology unavailable at any other venue. Sphere has no dedicated parking structure of its own — ticketed guests are directed to the Venetian's self-parking garage off Koval Lane and the Sands Expo parking areas on Sands Avenue.
Both structures fill before showtime on sellout nights, and the Koval Lane approach backs up from the intersection at Sands. The official Sphere plan your visit page has current parking and access guidance.
Address: 255 Sands Ave, Paradise, NV 89169.

Las Vegas Convention Center
The Las Vegas Convention Center (3150 Paradise Rd, Paradise, NV 89109) is a 4.6-million-square-foot facility operating across three connected campuses — North Hall, Central Hall, and West Hall — plus the underground LVCC Loop people-mover connecting them. It is the anchor for CES (January), SEMA (October–November), and dozens of major trade shows and conventions year-round. The Convention Center Drive and Paradise Road frontages handle commercial vehicle drop-off, with dedicated bus staging areas at each hall's entrance.
During CES, the blocks of Paradise Road between Sahara Avenue and Desert Inn Road are among the most congested in the city from 8am to 10am each day. Review the official LVCC page for current event-specific access.
Address: 3150 Paradise Rd, Paradise, NV 89109.

Harry Reid International Airport
Harry Reid International Airport (5757 Wayne Newton Blvd, Paradise, NV 89119) handled more than 57 million passengers in 2023, making it one of the busiest airports in the country. The airport has two terminals — Terminal 1 (domestic) and Terminal 3 (domestic and international) — connected by an inter-terminal tram. Ground transportation and commercial vehicle pickup occurs at Level Zero of each terminal's parking structure, with charter buses directed to the commercial vehicle lanes on the lower roadway.
The critical planning detail: the lower roadway operates on timed commercial loading — buses cannot stage indefinitely. Have your full group assembled with luggage at the agreed-upon door before contacting the bus. Review the official Harry Reid ground transportation page before your arrival day.
Address: 5757 Wayne Newton Blvd, Paradise, NV 89119.
Phone: (702) 261-5211.

MGM Grand Garden Arena
The MGM Grand Garden Arena (3799 S Las Vegas Blvd, Paradise, NV 89109) is a 17,157-seat arena inside the MGM Grand resort complex, with a long history of hosting major boxing and UFC events, award shows, and touring concert headliners. Access to the arena from the street runs through the MGM Grand casino floor or via the resort's self-parking structure off Koval Lane. Commercial vehicle drop-off uses the MGM Grand's porte-cochère on Las Vegas Boulevard or the east entrance off Koval Lane, depending on event-night traffic management.
The MGM Grand self-parking structure connects directly to the arena level. For event-specific staging and access, the official MGM Grand Garden Arena page has current guidance. See the MGM Grand Garden Arena bus rental guide for more detail.
